Ubisoft Vancouver was founded in 2006, and are now unfortunately defunct. Their first title was Driver: San Francisco (2011), and have since created a total of 1 video games for 5 different platforms in collaboration with 7 other game studios.

In the summer of 2006, four fellows chucked out their tapered jeans and pleated slacks and decided to slip into something a little more suitable for adventure. They all shared a common vision: Create a studio with a sense of community and games that are innovative, original, and above all, a helluva lotta fun to play.
In 2009 Action Pants was acquired by Ubisoft when they placed the company up as collateral on a contract for a unknown title and failed to deliver said title. Upon being acquired by Ubisoft for free after defaulting on the contract they were renamed to Ubisoft Vancouver.
