The terms of service explained: what you agree to when using our service.
Section 1. Introduction & declarations.
This document serves as an agreement between you (the visitor aka. "you", "visitor" & "user") and NEXARDA™ whilst you use our website. If you find something you disagree with in our Terms & Conditions please discontinue use of our website. For any questions please contact us. We've tried to simplify this as much as possible to make it easy for you to find information quickly - please feel free to quick search for phrases or sections using CTRL+F.
Section 2. Liability disclaimer.
Our website uses a lot of content provided by external sources for things such as product descriptions and company bios - whilst we manually verify all text some content may contain innapropriate material to some and thus we can't held directly responsible for:
Content provided by companies shown on product pages (e.g. descriptions, promotional art, videos & screenshots).
Any financial, physical or emotional loss, damage or distress due to purchasing products via retailer websites - the final purchase decision is yours.
Content created by website users (e.g. usernames, bios, avatar images & forum posts).
Incorrect prices supplied by retailers (sometimes retailers don't update product feeds with new prices or products - and we can't scan them).
Website and service downtimes (sometimes it is out of our hand - our service providers may be performing routine maintenance and our website goes offline for a short amount of time).
Section 3. Blacklisted content.
We do not aim to add any content on our website that:
Primarily promotes illegal or scandalous activities including pornography, extreme violence, terrorism, racism, gambling and animal abuse. Certain exceptions can be made e.g. some video games have a campaign/story with elements of terrorism - this is acceptable.
Promotes or links to dangerous files or malware that could be harmful to user devices including trojan horses, worms, viruses or ransomware. Certain exceptions can be made e.g. some video games may focus on or have elements of hacking/malware - this is acceptable.
Section 4. Affiliate links & used affiliate networks.
We are a price comparison website - we automatically fetch prices from our approved retailers in multiple currencies and store them for analytical and comparison purposes to present to visitors (to show them the best deals). When you are redirected to a retailer's website and complete a purchase we may earn a commission from the sale at no extra cost to you.
Section 5. General disclaimer & clarifications.
Details about games, franchises, companies and consoles/gear are free to view online for everyone and manually inputted by our contributors - all individually reviewed by staff members before being published. Some information may be outdated - in this case we will review and change as needed. We are not affiliated with or responsible for any products or companies on our website unless otherwise stated. Also, please note the following:
Product release dates are set to the "global release time" by default - please note: some products might have different release dates in certain regions or special product editions (pre-orders).
Product prices & discounts set by online retailers are constantly changing - we do our best to check as often as possible, but you may notice some prices are outdated until we next scan.
Discounts shown on price offers will only be shown for retailers marked as "Official Stores" (the discount is based on the RRP aka. Recommended Retail Price).
Company images & media are protected by copyright and/or trademarks - we do not claim ownership unless stated otherwise.
Some product prices may be converted to other currencies if the retailer does not support your prefered currency - due to currency rates changing the price may be 100% spot on.
Some hyperlinks on product/company pages (for example website & social links) may be outdated or removed by the company behind them and might be marked as unsafe - please be aware there is a possibility for this and if you spot any dangerous links please report them to us and we will remove them immediately.

All approved retailers must adhere to our Retailer Trust Policy (we will do these checks and if they meet the guidelines, we will approve them and show their store and applicable price offers to visitors).
