Painting by Numbers was a Sheffield, England-based development company that consisted of Jay Beard, Chris Kerry, Steve Kerry, and Mark Rogers, all former members of Gremlin. They worked pretty much exclusively for Ocean and were later recruited to start up a new development team at Ocean of America.
