City Connection is a Japanese company that was originally founded as a Japanese music label in 2005. They mostly deal with retro games, releasing remasters and ports on modern systems. In 2014, City Connection acquired the rights to Jaleco's game library after their parent company went bankrupt. From then, they worked with Nintendo and HAMSTER to rerelease their old library on services such as Virtual Console and Arcade Archives.
